About Us: Disability: IN Arkansas, formerly known as Arkansas Business Leadership Network (ARBLN), is a state affiliate of the Disability: IN (formerly known as U.S. Business Leadership Network) national network.

Our Vision: An Inclusive global economy where people with disabilities participate fully and meaningfully.

Our Mission: To collaborate with purpose and intent, to promote the full inclusion of people with disabilities, to inspire accessible innovation for all, and to foster cultures of inclusion by partnering with business leaders who value diversity.

Value Statement: We are a network of Arkansas employers seeking to advance disability inclusion in our respective companies and enabling member companies to build inclusive workforces.

Our Purpose: We empower businesses to achieve disability inclusion and equality.

Our Shared Commitments: is to provide employers with valuable information and resources to support their disability inclusion initiatives through a robust peer network of business partners.

Initially, Disability: IN Arkansas began with a small number of employers in partnership with Arkansas Vocational Rehabilitation Services reaching out to other employers about hiring job seekers with disabilities.

In the Fall of 2017, Disability: IN Arkansas incorporated as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and created an executive board of directors.

Disability: IN Arkansas collaborates with JB Hunt Corporation, TJX Enterprises, Regions Bank, Arkansas Rehabilitation Services and the Governor’s Council for People with Developmental Disabilities.
